Chico’s
first and only batting range has something for everyone. Located
next to Putters along the freeway, The Dugout has seven different
outdoor batting stalls. For the softball player, we have 3 slow
pitch cages and 1 fast pitch. For baseball players, we have three
different cages- slow, about 35mph; medium, about 50-60mph; and
fast, about 75-80mph. With this variety of pitches, we should
have a spot for everyone from the Little Leagues to the Major
Leagues. Throw in a stereo system playing today’s hit music
and plenty of lights to brighten those cooler summer nights, and
you’ve got the perfect place to hone your batting skills.
The Dugout also provides free use of our bats and helmets, but
feel free to bring your own.
Because
The Dugout is located outside, for safety reasons it can not be
operated when it is too wet, too windy or too cold.
It's
hours are the same as the Mini-Golf course, which are posted HERE.
The
Dugout is available for single use or for time rentals, perfect
for the team practice. The prices are:
