is anatomically correct for either a man's or woman's foot for

using Soft-Boot technology, for effortless long-range fitness

Bones
Reds (China Bones) Bearings
The
most cost-efficient, easy way to simply double or triple the
value of your skates. Better bearings mean a quieter, longer
roll or spin which equates to less effort for more speed. These
bearings would rate at least at an ABEC-5 level (Bones doesn't
use/believe in the ABEC rating system). Drop off your skates
and we'll install these for free - usually in just a few minutes!
16 total bearings to a pack, 5/16" (8mm) for inline or
some jam/speed quad skates, 9/32" (7mm) for most artistic
quad skates and smaller axles.
